The Pacific Northwest either produces or attracts health citizens. Seattle scores high by providing physical education classes for kids and tennis courts for adults.

A penchant for exercise offsets slightly above-average obesity rates in the Twin Cities.

America's fittest city is Washington D.C. It scores high on almost every measure of fitness, whether it's bicycling commuters, farmers' markets or recreation centers.

it's been a while since our last post, but trust and believe JLS has been on get get missions here in the district. First order of business- SAUDI is now a COLLEGE GRAD!!!! ahhhhhh whooooo gooooo gallllll :) I'm so proud of this girl. She has been through sooooo much in that hum drum town you call PRARIE VIEW! Now she will move on to bigger and better things and look back on all the squares in whack-ville PV. uggghhh the only prob is that we will no longer reunite during the random weekends, fun road trips, or mayhem of final & midterms(sadness) no worries we will both be in spirit through advanced communication i.e. skype and mobile phones!lol CONGRATS AGAIN SAUDI I LOVE YOU !!!

Cause in the end they'll judge me anyway so whatever...

I was walking around campus and this little sunflower caught my eye. I though it was so beautiful physically ,metaphorically and symbolically speaking. Let me my mind I stopped because this little sunflower was all by itself courageous enough to bloom and leave the others behind and be beautiful on its on with not much shrubbery around it. Of course not literally but figuratively speaking this little flower does not care what other flowers are doing but its focused on its well being and Independence....thats it independence the courage to stand alone...that was my whole thought process when I seen that flower... Only if people could learn how to stand alone and not care what other people say and let go of their inhibitions and do something like dance when ever one is watching just because you want to but nowadays everybody is caught up with self image and just trying to "be" I think alot about the most random things I know.

Weekend recap! Fight/bLOCK pARtayyyyy

The weekend was rather relaxing for us girls ...we were able to reunite before finals took us hostage and hang out with Papa Cj and the fellas. Good eating, good times plus Baby Lee who isn't pictured :( University of Houston had a random blocked party with freebees... O and how can we forget Charlie the snake! We watched the fight something we really do not encourage but it was rather entertaining along with Cj's tipsy teammates it was a sure recipe for laughter!
