*This past weekend we visited our old stomping grounds...the land of screw...music that is lol Pictures speak for themselves it was a great time with lots of #crewlove. The weekend would not have been possible if it were not for Ms. Butterflyz herself aka Jessica Williams (thanks for everything). * A few weeks back I had the opportunity to meet Ms. YahZarah at a community outreach event. It was quite the treat this soulful woman has a beyond powerful voice and a vibrant personality to match. I had the pleasure of seeing her perform a year earlier at the Black Cat ..she was the opener for Bilal...she killed it. The coolest thing about YahZarah is she is herself and she said NO to those big record executives when they wanted her to be something else other than just that ..herself.
